1. Track Flickr by a Keyword:
Trackle, a handy tool reviewed by me previously, that allows to monitor Flickr site by any keyword. Just set up an alert and get email notifications:
2. Track Any User:
Notifyr.com is a fun free tool that lets you subscribe to any Flickr user updates by email. Whenever the user adds or deletes photos, you’ll get an email notification like this one:
